The administrator outlined a number of programs designed to enhance the wellbeing of employees, such as timely salary and pension payments.  He also spoke on the implementation of a minimum wage for all government and local government workers, as well as the settlement of wage disputes.

Ibas revealed intentions to examine the contributory pension plan in order to resolve issues and financial shortages.

In order to improve capacity and professionalism, he stated that a two-week leadership training program will soon be organized for government personnel.

Ibas reassured employees that the administration continued to place a high premium on their well-being.  He emphasized how crucial employees are to restoring confidence and making sure that government services and the state economy run smoothly.
